Our accommodation consists of 39 villas set along the slope of the hill leading down to the resort tropical gardens and each providing for a maximum of 3 persons.
All villas feature a minimum size of 88 sqm., equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, spacious bathroom with extra-deep bathtub and heavenly rain shower, color TV with international satellite TV channels, in-room personal safe, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, IDD line telephone, candle holder and tealight. Our Sweet Villa and Jacuzzi Villa (Deluxe Spa Villa) also provide you DVD player and aromatherapy burner.

• All rates are in Thai Baht and inclusive of service charge 10% and VAT 7%.
• All rates are for single and double occupancies and inclusive of ABF, except Twin Villa rates are for 1 to 4 occupancies.
• Child under 12 years old sharing room with parents is free of charge with the existing bed.
• American Breakfast for child aged 3-12 years is 250 Baht/Child.
• The extra person is 1,000 Baht/person and inclusive of ABF, service charge 10% and VAT 7%
• Check out time at 12.00 hrs (noon)
• Room used from 12.00-18.00 hrs on departure day will be charged at 50% of the room rate.
• Compulsory Gala Dinner on Dec 31 : 4,500 Baht/adult and 2,800 baht/child

• From Thong Sala Pier to Pariya Resort & Villas Haad Yuan Koh Phangan: 650 Baht/person

1. Free cancellation if notification of cancellation is received 3 days or more prior to arrival date.
2. The first night will be charged if notification of cancellation is received less than 3 days prior to arrival date.
